Our Hawk Battalion Raider Team is an athletic competition team similar to track and field. At Raider meets, teams from different schools compete in physical events such to include 5K Team Run, Cross Country Rescue (CCR), Sprint Drag Carry, Rope Bridge, and Tire Flip.

honor guard
Honor Guard consists of dedicated Cadets who enjoy Drill and Ceremony and take pride in being the face and first impression of the Battalion.
Sabre Guard
Our Sabre Guard does the tunnels that you see at the Homecoming Court Football Game.
They are a team of highly experienced Cadets made up of Seniors and Juniors.
We highly appreciate the hard work and dedication of these young adults to representing our Battalion with such a high standard.

DRILL
Our drill team serves to teach cadets basic and more intermediate drill and ceremony movements and sequences, both with and without a rifle. The team also competes against other programs at drill meets, which usually host such events as unarmed and armed squad and platoon marching, Color Guard as well as solo, dual, and squad exhibition.
Rifle
The Hawk Battalion Rifle team is a team that competes in marksmanship competitions against other schools. To be eligible to join the rifle team, a cadet must first score a one hundred percent on the rifle safety exam, qualifying them for use of the air rifle. Then, he or she must be in the top four best shooters out of all those who passed the exam to earn a spot on the JV or Varsity team. Each team consists of four members.
JCLC
JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) is a group of Cadets that are hand picked by Colonel Balog and Sergeant Thomas that go to Camp La-No-Che over Spring break for 3 days. These Cadets "Train To Lead", by learning and competing in Land Navigation, Rappel, Raider Challenge, Drown Proofing, JLAB, and a combination of other sports. With all Company's competing to be known as "Honor Company".

Booster club
Our Booster Club helps both the Cadets and the instructors directly by providing voluntary services for events and raising money to support JROTC activities. Attending Booster Club meetings is an excellent way to get involved with the program while making a big difference for the Cadets. Please join us in our meetings on the first Tuesday of each month to show your support for our program. We look forward to seeing you there!
